How do I connect my lighting equipment?
First of all, please turn on the Bluetooth switch of your phone, and then agree to the related permission application that pops up (Android phones need to slide the color dial to pop up), the APP will automatically add and connect the device by default. You can modify the connection method in the setting page.

- Confirm Bluetooth is on: Please make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on and the device is in a discoverable state.
- Confirm the APP version: Make sure the APP you are using is the latest version, older versions may have compatibility issues.
- Check permission settings: Go to your phone's Settings->App Management-> and make sure Bluetooth-related permissions are given.
- Check the power supply of the device: Make sure the device is turned on correctly and properly powered.
- Reboot the device and phone: Sometimes a simple reboot can solve a lot of problems. Try restarting the device and the phone and connecting again.
- Distance issues: Make sure the distance between your Bluetooth device and your phone is not too far, and try connecting as close as possible.
- Interference: Avoid having too many wireless signal sources around (e.g. Wi-Fi, microwave ovens, etc.), which may interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
- Test with other devices: Try connecting with another phone or other device to determine if the problem is with the device or the phone.
